    • Use Your Membership ID as Reference – To help us match your payment to your account, always include your membership ID in the transaction reference. For first time sign-up, please use your full name

    • Processing Time – Bank transfers may take several business days to clear. If your payment is time-sensitive, please allow ample processing time.

    • Confirmation of Payment – Once payment is made, we’ll receive a notification, but to expedite approval, please email us a copy of the payment confirmation

    • Subscription Renewals – If your membership requires ongoing payments, consider setting up a recurring transfer or switching to Stripe for automatic renewals.
